Trip Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu [1,338m/4,389ft].

Upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport you will transfer to the hotel by our airport representative. After your freshness we will have talk about your trekking plan in the hotel or our office. You can ask your question about the trek. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2

Full day Sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley

After your breakfast we will start sightseeing tour with our excellent tour guide. Including Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Monkey Temple(Swyambhunath Stupa), Kathmandu Durbar Squre, Patan Durbar Squre etc.
Day 3

Bus Ride: Kathmandu → Syabrubesi [1,610m/5,282ft]

Ride time: 6-7 Hours
After earlier breakfast, we start our journey by drive to north range of Kathmandu throughout ridgeline landscape to arrive Syabru Besi passing through Dhunche. Enjoy with the stunning views of the Mountains through the terraced ground and rural villages.
Day 4

Trek: Syabrubesi → Lama Hotel [2,480m/8,136ft]

Trek-time: 5-6 Hours
After taking breakfast our trip starts towards Lama Hotel begin following the Bhote Koshi River passage suspension bridge and climb throughout the thick forests.
Day 5

Trek: Lama Hotel → Langtang village[3,541m/11,618ft]

Trek time: 5-6 hours
Today, the trek follows the Langtang River, gradually climbing through oak and bamboo forests to Ghoda Tabela (3030m/9941ft). The trail then ascends gently toward Langtang village, the hub of Langtang National Park, known for its flat-roofed Tibetan-style houses and buckwheat fields.
Day 6

Trek: Langtang village → Kyangjin Gompa[3,900m/12,795ft]

Trek time: 3-4 hours
After breakfast, we trek 3–4 hours to Kyanjin Gompa (3,817m/12,526ft), offering stunning views of Langsisha Ri, Mt. Ganchempo, and Langtang Lirung. Later, we visit the local Yak Cheese factory.
Day 7

Rest day at Kyangjin Gompa [3,900m/12,795ft]

Trek time: 4-5 hours
Today we take rest in Kyangjin Gompa.
Day 8

Trek: Kyangjin Gompa → Lama Hotel via Chorkari Ri[4,900m]

Trek time: 6-7 hours
Early morning, we hike to Chorkari Ri for sunrise views of snow-covered peaks. Then, trekking downhill through forest, we reach Lama Hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 9

Trek: Lama Hotel → Big Syabrubesi [1,610m/5,282ft]

Trek time: 3-4 hours
Today we start our trip to Syabrubesi after our breakfast. Our trial goes through plant forest and behind Bhote Koshi River. Stay Overnight Hotel at Syabrubesi.
Day 10

Trek: Big Syabrubesi → Sing Gompa [3,210m /10,531ft]

Trek time: 5-6 hours
After breakfast, we begin our trek from Big Syabrubesi, ascending through lush forests and traditional Tamang villages. The trail gradually climbs, offering scenic views of the Langtang Himal and surrounding valleys. We reach Sing Gompa, a charming settlement known for its monastery and local cheese production. Overnight at a teahouse in Sing Gompa.
Day 11

Trek: Sing Gompa → Gosainkunda Lake [4,380m/14,370ft]

Trek time: 5-6 hours
After breakfast, we trek from Sing Gompa to the sacred Gosainkunda Lake. The trail ascends through rhododendron forests and alpine meadows, offering stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Upon reaching Gosainkunda Lake, we can explore the area and visit the small temples around the lake. Overnight at a teahouse near the lake.
Day 12

Trek: Gosainkunda → Ghopte [3,480m/11,417ft]

Trek time: 6-7 hours
After breakfast, we descend from Gosainkunda Lake to Ghopte, passing through beautiful alpine meadows and traditional villages. The trail offers stunning views of the Langtang Himal and surrounding landscapes. Overnight at a teahouse in Ghopte.
Day 13

Trek: Ghopte → Kutumsang [2,440m/8,005ft]

Trek time: 7 hours
After breakfast, we continue our descent from Ghopte to Kutumsang, passing through lush forests and terraced fields. The trail offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Overnight at a teahouse in Kutumsang.
Day 14

Trek: Kutumsang → Chisapani [2,190m/7,185ft]

Trek time: 8 hours
After breakfast, we trek from Kutumsang to Chisapani, passing through dense forests and traditional villages. The trail offers stunning views of the Langtang Himal and surrounding landscapes. Overnight at a teahouse in Chisapani.
Day 15

Trek: Chisapani → Sundarijal and Ride: Sundarijal → Kathmandu

Trek time: 5-6 hours, Ride time: 1 hour
After breakfast, we trek from Chisapani to Sundarijal, passing through beautiful forests and terraced fields. Upon reaching Sundarijal, we take a short drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 16

Free day in Kathmandu

Today is a rest day in Kathmandu. You may enjoy shopping or take an optional mountain flight to Mt. Everest. In the evening, Mountain Nepal Trek will host a traditional Nepalese dinner with cultural performances at a popular local restaurant.
Day 17

Departure via Tribhuwan International Airport

Today marks your final day in Nepal. After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey. We bid you farewell with warm wishes and hope to welcome you again for another adventure in the Himalayas.
